Bedford County Schools is conducting a survey about school climate and learning in school. The survey will help us create safe and supportive school environments that promote academic success. In prior years, schools have used this information to drive positive changes for student and staff culture. The survey is voluntary and anonymous. This survey is sponsored by the Tennessee Department of Education.

COVID-19 UPDATE: District Transitions to all Virtual Learning

Beginning Thursday, December 10, 2020, all Bedford County Schools will transition to virtual learning through December 18, 2020, due to increasing student and staff cases of COVID-19 and mandatory quarantines. Students will report to school on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, to receive laptops and other instructions. All staff will report to work as normal during this virtual period. SACP will be closed during this virtual period and throughout the winter break. Cafeteria meal pick up information will be relayed soon. The projected return to in-person classes is January 5, 2021. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate through this ongoing pandemic.

Friday, December 18 is an abbreviated day.
Winter Break is December 21, 2020, through January 4, 2021.

Please continue to check back for more announcements as they become available.

This is an important message.

The March 12th staff development day will now be a regular school day. All students and staff will report for a regular school day on Friday, March 12th. This is the result of the last snow day we had in February. We are exchanging this day to avoid having to add more school days to our calendar. Thank you.
